After completing your purchase, your sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
You can also view or download your receipt by logging into your Venteco Store account and checking your Order History page. If you can’t find it, feel free to contact our support team at support@ventecostore.com — we’ll resend it right away.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@ventecostore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Please note that returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

We do our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. Some products may return within a few weeks, while limited-edition pieces might not be restocked once sold out.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand our delivery options soon.
