1. Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, absolutely. All images on VentecoStore.com are taken to accurately reflect the color, design, and details of each product.
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to different lighting or screen settings. You’ll receive exactly what you ordered.
2. Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is automatically sent to your email after checkout.
You can also log in to your Venteco Store account and view it in the Order History section.
If you don’t see your receipt, contact us at support@ventecostore.com and we’ll resend it right away.
3. How can I return an item?
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Contact support@ventecostore.com with your order number and reason for return to get instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
4. Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?
We restock popular items as quickly as possible. Some may return within a few weeks, while limited-edition items may not be restocked.

5. Where can I ship my order?
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand soon.
6. How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
7. How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
If you don’t receive one within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ventecostore.com.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at support@ventecostore.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
